"Thank you!! Working with you during the big transition for my mom was a blessing. You covered all the bases and more. I wanted to let others know how professional and personable the experience with Moxie was for us. You went the extra yard – more than once and for that you are truly appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to run the show, interact with my mother during the stressful and confusing time, all while I lived on the east coast and couldn’t always be there. You provided comfort to my mother and peace of mind for me. Thank you for dealing with the new owners, adapting to the various situations as they arose and pulling off a successful sale. You Rock!!!"

"Lisa totally deconstructed my family lake home of 65 years and produced an amazingly successful estate sale for my family.
She did it all with seamless efficiency, tact, and expertise. I left it all to her and she did it all on time, on budget, and with great success. Lisa always stayed in contact with me, assisted me with difficult decisions and made what was a painful experience quite tolerable. She was amazing.
We had interviewed others in the area that had more advertised experience but Lisa's 'Can Do' positive energetic style sold me on her. She knew she could and made me feel the same. AND she did. She cleaned out a beloved home that had 65 years of everything from an engine bell from a steam engine and mid-century modern furniture, to children's toys and games. I received a photo of the house clean and ready for its transition before the required date. All was perfect. I have NOTHING but raving appreciation for all Lisa and her staff did for me. I very highly recommend her and her business."

"Moxie Estate Sales did a fantastic job for our Holiday Hills sale. We are moving to a smaller home and had lots of things to get rid of. As we made piles of items, they encouraged us to not throw anything away, and they were right. The sale was a huge success and they did it all.
Lisa was a pleasure to work with, we've made a new friend. She researched many of our items in order to get top value for them. She put special items on eBay, there was nothing she wouldn't do for us.
Furniture was moved and the sale set up and after, things were returned and left clean and in order. I would highly recommend Moxie Estate Sales for your estate sale, you won't be sorry, their hard work pays off for you".

"Moxie Estates did a wonderful job handling an estate sale for a Glen Lake cottage that had been in our family for several generations. Lisa came highly recommended, and we were pleased with her professionalism and attention to every detail -- from staging our "treasures" to working with us to pull some items at the last minute.
Neighbors who attended commented on the smooth flow of traffic through the house, and everyone came away with a bargain. The house was left spic and span, a nice start for the next lucky family starting their own family tradition."

"We were so lucky to find Moxie Estate Sales! She began by understanding what was important to us. My brother and I were under a lot of stress at this time and live out of state, so we wanted an estate sale that could take care of everything. Moxie organized a sale for us without a hitch.
They really went the extra mile, finding valuable items we didn't expect. They also organized and sold large quantities of less valuable items. There was a ton of junk left in the house, including some difficult-to-dispose materials.
They handled advertising, and on the day of the estate sale, there were lots of people with cars lined up all along the road. In addition to organizing the estate sale for us, they filled dumpsters with trash, leaving the house and property completely cleared out and in much nicer condition, ready to be sold.
Following our estate sale, Moxie was quick to provide an accounting of everything that was sold and to give us the proceeds. I can't imagine any other estate sale company would possibly work as hard our behalf."
