"Moxie Estate Sales did a fantastic job for our Holiday Hills sale. We are moving to a smaller home and had lots of things to get rid of. As we made piles of items, they encouraged us to not throw anything away, and they were right. The sale was a huge success and they did it all.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with, we've made a new friend. She researched many of our items in order to get top value for them. She put special items on eBay, there was nothing she wouldn't do for us.

"We were so lucky to find Moxie Estate Sales! She began by understanding what was important to us. My brother and I were under a lot of stress at this time and live out of state, so we wanted an estate sale that could take care of everything. Moxie organized a sale for us without a hitch.

They really went the extra mile, finding valuable items we didn't expect. They also organized and sold large quantities of less valuable items. There was a ton of junk left in the house, including some difficult-to-dispose materials.

They handled advertising, and on the day of the estate sale, there were lots of people with cars lined up all along the road. In addition to organizing the estate sale for us, they filled dumpsters with trash, leaving the house and property completely cleared out and in much nicer condition, ready to be sold.

Following our estate sale, Moxie was quick to provide an accounting of everything that was sold and to give us the proceeds. I can't imagine any other estate sale company would possibly work as hard our behalf."
